Only noticed this when my £4.34 rear wiper blade Paypal receipt came through at £16.23. Immediately mailed to cancel - this was ignored until the part was despatched then got a reply that said I could return the part if I wanted to but of course it was too late incurring further cost to return it to Germany.

It doesn't make sense to me - If a buyer in the UK needed a specific part from Germany fine but why pretend to be a UK seller when you are not? - when you are only going to get annoyed customers and bad reviews - crazy.

Best part - the wiper didn't fit even though it was specified for the car - I had to remove the blade, fit it into the original and chuck the rest of the new wiper in the bin.

Bad experience.

NOT A UK BASED COMPANY - FALSE NAMING THEY ARE BASED OUT OF BERLIN Order at your peril. Part order turned up, great but our vehicle is NOT a left hand drive, now left with a part that it seems from others reviews will be damn near impossible to get a refund for, we will have she’ll out postage for a ridiculously shaped parcel which we pay through the nose for anyway, again negating any refund for an item that cost £30 including postage. Robbing company to say the least, at least a highway man wore a mask…

Good customer service as my parcel was coming from another country I emailed them to ask when I could get it & was told when I could get it & with a tracking number so good service ,?and goods in good condition ?

Just very mis-leading when it comes to postage, but then got email to say with uk parcelforce, received in very good packaging. Bank holidays might have slowed up receiving quicker.

Took about a week to come but I wasn't in a hurry so was fine. Mechanic fitted the parts no issues.

They are the only company i have managed to get the car part's that i have needed, also the price is good and the service is brilliant, i highly recommend them
